Indonesia akan Tambah 11 unit Helikopter Anti-Kapal Selam

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA - Setelah proses pembelian kapal selam dari Korea Selatan, TNI Angkatan Laut(AL) kembali akan terus menambah armada kekuatannya yakni 11 Helikopter Anti-Kapal Selam (AKS).

"Pada 2014 kami akan membeli 11 helikopter AKS, untuk menjawab tantangan anti kapal selam," ujar Wakil Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut (Wakasal), Laksamana Madya Marsetio dalam jumpa persnya di Kementerian Pertahanan, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (15/8/2012).

Namuin, Marsetio menjelaskan, pihaknya masih membahas dengan Kementrian Pertahanan 11 helikopter AKS tersebut, apakah akan mendatangkan jenis Seasprite atau Agusta yang sekiranya cocok untuk alutsista bergerak.

Lebih lanjut, Marsetio mengungkapkan, era tahun 60'an, Indonesia telah memiliki Helikopter AKS. Namun di era 70'an helikopter tersebut sudah dipensiunkan.

Marsetio melanjutkan, sejauh ini pihaknya hanya memiliki 2 unit Helikopter AKS dan akan terus menambah guna tuntutan pertahanan dan melengkapi pembelian kapal selam sebanyak 2 dan akan ditambah lagi menjadi 3.

"Saat ini ada 2 kapal selam, dan akan membeli 3. Ini sudah kontrak dengan Korea Selatan. Rencananya 2015 itu baru akan datang," kata Marsetio.

Sebelumnya, Kementerian Pertahanan juga telah melakukan pengadaan 3 unit kapal selam dengan perusahaan galangan kapal asal Korea Selatan, Daewoo Shipbuilding Marine Enginerering (DSME) yang dilakukan Kementerian Pertahanan.

Lanal Sibolga Diperkuat Kapal Patroli Jenis Combat Cat X-38

14 Agustus 2012, Sibolga: Pangkalan Angkatan Laut (Lanal) Sibolga di bawah Lantamal II Padang menerima satu unit kapal Patroli Keamanan Laut (Patkamla) jenis Combat Cat X-38 Combat dari Dinas Material dan Perbekalan Koarmabar, Senin (13/8).

Kapal diangkut menggunakan KRI Teluk Sibolga-536 dan diterima Danlanal Letkol (P) Ivan Gatot Prijanto, SE., di dermaga Pelabuhan Sambas, Sibolga disaksikan Wakil Bupati Tapanuli Tengah, Komandan Distrik Militer (Dandim) dan Kepala Polisi Resort (Kapolres) serta Kepala Pengadilan Sibolga.

Kapal jenis Combat Cat X-38 Combat diproduksi PT. Lundin Industry Invest, Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur, memiliki spesifikasi bottom dua buah lunas dengan dua mesin Marine Diesel VGT 400 PK bertenaga 220 HP buatan Swedia serta dilengkapi dengan alat navigasi dan komunikasi modern.

Kapal memiliki kecepatan jelajah maksimal 40 knot dilengkapi juga dengan senapan mesin jenis M 240 Kaliber 7,62 atau M 60 Kaliber 7,62 dan dapat diganti peluncur Granat Kaliber 40 mm. Kapal cepat yang diawaki empat personel tersebut mampu mengangkut hingga dua puluh orang dengan persenjataan lengkap.

Danlanal Sibolga pada kesempatan tersebut mengatakan, kehadiran Combat Cat X-38 Combat di Lanal Sibolga diharapkan mampu menambah kekuatan unsur dalam meningkatkan keamanan, pengawasan serta penegakan hukum di laut secara maksimal di wilayah kerja Lanal Sibolga.

Delapan Super Tucano Perkuat TNI AU Tahun Ini

14 Agustus 2012, Jakarta: Sebanyak empat unit pesawat Super Tucano akan tiba di Tanah Air pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2012 mendatang. Selanjutnya, tiga bulan lagi 4 unit pesawat Super Tucano juga tiba di Indonesia sehingga pada tahun 2012 ada delapan unit Pesawat Super Tucano untuk mengisi Skuadron Udara 21 Lanud Abdul Rachman Saleh.

Demikian disampaikan Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) TNI, Laksamana Muda TNI Iskandar Sitompul pada acara buka puasa bersama wartawan di Mabes TNI, Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Selasa (14/8).

Menurut Kapuspen TNI, pemenuhan Alat Utama Sistem Persenjataan (Alutsista) TNI mengacu pada konsep Minimum Essential Forces (MEF) dan Rencana Strategis Pertahanan Jangka Panjang dengan menitikberatkan penggunaan hasil produksi industri strategis dalam negeri.

Pengadaan alutsista TNI dari luar negeri dilakukan apabila industri strategis dalam negeri belum mampu memproduksi peralatan tersebut dan tidak ada unsur politis dari negara produsen.

Iskandar menjelaskan, modernisasi alutsista TNI pada 2010-2014 fokus pada alutsista bergerak seperti pesawat tempur dan kapal selam. Target tersebut bertujuan untuk membangun postur pertahanan negara yang lebih tangguh.

Pada bagian lain, Kapuspen TNI menyatakan pembangunan Pangkalan Militer AS di Darwin, Australia, tidak akan mengganggu kedaulatan Indonesia. AS dan Australia bahkan menjalin kerja sama erat di bidang kemanusiaan. Kedua negara tersebut sudah memberikan klarifikasi bahwa pembangunan pangkalan tidak mengganggu kedaulatan Indonesia.

UPDATE : IRAK TERTARIK AKUISISI PANSER ANOA DAN SS-2 PINDAD

Perdana Menteri Irak Nouri Al Maliki kagum dengan Panser Anoa buatan PT Pindad. Karenanya, Al Maliki meminta Kementerian Pertahanan Irak untuk mendalami kerja sama militer antara Indonesia dan Irak.

Saat menerima Wakil Menteri Pertahanan Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin di Baghdad, Irak, Selasa (14/8), PM Irak sangat mendukung ide untuk meningkatkan kerja sama militer antara kedua negara. 

Sjafrie menjelaskan bahwa Indonesia dan Irak bisa bekerja sama setidaknya di dalam dua bidang. Pertama, peningkatan capacity building melalui pertukaran perwira di antara kedua negara dan kedua melalui penguatan kerja sama peralatan militer. 

Wamenhan yang didampingi Dubes Irak Safzen Noerdin, Dirjen Strategi Pertahanan Mayjen Puguh Santoso, serta Dirut PT Pindad Adik Sudarsono menjelaskan bahwa PT Pindad bukan hanya mampu membuat senjata, tetapi juga kendaraan lapis baja. Selain senjata laras panjang dan laras pendek, panser buatan Pindad telah diekspor ke banyak negara. 

 PM Irak yang menerima cendera mata berupa senjata laras panjang SS tampak antusias melihat senjata buatan Pindad tersebut. Ia kemudian meminta pejabat yang mendampinginya untuk menindaklanjuti kemungkinan kerja sama itu dengan berkunjung langsung ke Indonesia. 

Saat kemudian melanjutkan kunjungan ke Kementerian Pertahanan Irak, Sjafrie memamerkan semua peralatan dan pendukung militer yang diproduksi Indonesia. Kepada Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Pertahanan Irak Jenderal Hafedz Saad, Wamenhan memperlihatkan mulai dari baju militer, topi baja, sepatu, makanan untuk tentara, hingga senjata laras panjang buatan Pindad. 

Seperti halnya PM Irak, Hafedz tertarik dengan produk-produk buatan Indonesia. Ia memerintahkan beberapa direktur jenderal di Kemhan Irak untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan Dirut Pindad. 

Sjafrie berharap kerja sama juga dilakukan di bidang personel militer. Wamenhan mengatakan pengalaman perang yang dijalani tentara Irak dan juga penanganan terorisme bisa menjadi bekal yang bermanfaat bagi tentara Indonesia. 

"Saya kira baik kerja sama militer di antara Indonesia dan Irak kita tingkatkan. Kami juga ingin belajar pada Indonesia yang banyak berhasil dalam menangani terorisme," kata Hafedz. 

Sjafrie juga menyempatkan diri untuk mengunjungi Universitas Pertahanan untuk Studi Militer (DUFMS) yang dimiliki Irak. Wamenhan diterima langsung dan mendapat penjelasan dari Rektor DUFMS Letjen Jasim. 

Uniknya, DUFMS di Irak adalah mereka menangani mulai dari akademi militer, sekolah staf komando, hingga lembaga ketahanan nasional. Bahkan sekarang ini DUFMS membuka akademi untuk prinsip-prinsip dan etika kemiliteran.

TNI AKAN GELAR LATIHAN PASUKAN PEMUKUL REAKSI CEPAT DI NATUNA

Pada 27 Agustus hingga 31 September 2012 mendatang TNI akan melaksanakan latihan Pasukan Pemukul Reaksi Cepat (PPRC) di Pulau Natuna, Sumatera Utara. Latihan ini akan melibatkan 2500 personel TNI.

"Latihan PPRC nanti di Natuna. Gabungan dari TNI angkatan darat, angkatan laut, dan angkatan udara. Nanti akan ada sekitar 2500 personil," jelas Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) TNI, Laksamana Iskandar Sitompul di sela-sela acara buka bersama wartawan di Mabes TNI Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur, Selasa (14/8/2012).

Iskandar menjelaskan bahwa latihan ini adalah program rutin tahunan TNI untuk melatih para personelnya. Ini adalah latihan gabungan TNI angkatan darat (AD), angkutan laut (AL) dan angkutan udara (AU).

"Tujuan kita latihan. Melatih para personel TNI. Itu memang program tahunan kita, dan nanti akhir semuanya adalah latihan gabungan. Melibatkan angkatan darat, laut, dan udara," lanjut Iskandar

Iskandar menambahkan bahwa akan ada 4 KRI dari angkatan laut, 1 pesawat maritim dan 4 pesawat penerjun dari angkatan udara.

Ia juga ingin menyampaikan kepada masyarakat untuk tidak perlu khawatir karena TNI terus disiapkan untuk menjaga kedaulatan negara salah satunya dengan program latihan ini.

"Misalkan ada katakanlah, ada orang yang ingin mengganggu kedaulatan kita. Pasukan-pasukan yang kita siapkan ada. Jadi terus berlatih kok TNI kita ini. Jadi tidak perlu khawatir masyarakat kita, TNI kita latihan terus," tutupnya
